1. Go to LionPATH and choose "Grade Forgiveness" under "Academic Records."
  2. Indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Grade Forgiveness procedure and click "Next." Information at the bottom of the form will show how many Grade Forgiveness credits you have used (including both approved and pending).
  3. Choose the repeated class (course used to justify grade forgiveness).
  4. Choose the course in which the grade is being forgiven.
  5. Click "Submit."
  6. You will receive an acknowledgment and an email that the request has been submitted. Another email will be sent upon approval.
