In-person Appointments

Penn State Altoona's Financial Aid Office is open Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Please feel free to call the office or stop by to speak with a financial aid representative. Appointments are not necessary for walk-ins.

Virtual Appointments

A financial aid representative will be happy to meet with you virtually.

Appointment scheduling is available online.

You will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your appointment and a link to join the meeting. If you do not receive your message, check your junk or spam folder.

Prepare

  • Have your nine-digit Penn State ID number available.
  • If you are a parent/guardian, make sure your student has given you delegated access before your appointment.

Meeting

  • Select the “Join your appointment” link to begin your meeting.
  • Using your camera during the meeting is optional.

Can’t make your virtual appointment? No problem. Select the “reschedule” link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
