Service Desk
At the Service Desk, students can ask general information questions or ask for assistance with lab computers. Students living on-campus can request technical support if they are experiencing computer problems by submitting a support ticket or by contacting the Service Desk.

Loaner Laptops
Students who wish to borrow a laptop may have one loaned to them by visiting the Service Desk, located in the Computer Center, 234 Hawthorn Building. There are PC, Mac, and Chromebook computers available to be checked out. The laptops include a standard set of programs including Microsoft Office for PC and Mac.

Canvas can be used for course management, sharing documents, submitting assignments, assigning grades, and more.
LionPATH is Penn State’s information system which provides access to academic, registration, and financial records.
