Eligibility

  • Third and fourth year students
  • A grade of C or better in PSYCH 301 W
  • A grade of C or better in PSYCH 212 OR 270
  • A GPA of 3.0 or higher

Overview

  • 1 credit of PSYCH 295 in the fall semester
    • Weekly meeting to match to an internship site, and prepare for professional psychology employment
  • 3 credits of PSYCH 495 in the spring semester
    • 8-10 hours per week of work at a site—primarily during REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS
    • Synthesis Paper with Dr. Furer
      • APA 7 style literature review on a topic related to your site
      • Personal reflections
    • Presentation to PSYCH faculty

  • Due April 15
  • Applicants notified and invited to register by May 1
